1. WHAT IS MASTER-E?

Master-E is the most significant event of The English club - EFFI in the schoolyear, which is a combination of both academic and social aspects. First initiated in 2013 with the topic Brand Identity, the contest has attracted hundreds of students to gather and compete.

This year, Master-E 2016: Cultural Jigsaw is coming back with a totally brand-new format as well as content and is expected to be an interesting playground for students from all universities in Ho Chi Minh City.

We continue the golden story of Master-E 2013: Brand Identity with this year competition: Master-E 2016: Cultural Jigsaw.

2. COMPETITION ROUNDS

The contest is composed of 3 rounds, from December 2016 to March 2017.

◼ Round 1 - Shake your mind (12/12 - 17/12/2016)

Students will take an online test including 40 multiple questions in 60 minutes around the topic. 

Top 30 will make their way to Round 2.

◼ Round 2 - Find your way (19/02/2017)

Participants who have successfully passed Round 1 will be equally and randomly divided into 10 teams. Those teams will be intensively trained by consultants from Mc. IELTS English Center to help them prepare necessary skills and knowledge before they present on the date of 19/02/2017.

The most outstanding member of each team will enter the finale with pride.

◼Round 3 - Be your best (04/03/2017)

The finalists will compete in some tricky, common-sense knowledge questions before individually debating with the judge about designated subjects.

3. AWARDS STRUCTURE

Master-E 2016: Cultural Jigsaw is bigger and better than ever with the total prize up to 136.000.000 VND.

4. REGISTRATION

It is encouraged to fill the form at bit.ly/MasterE-2016 before purchasing the ticket. Our tickets are available by 17/12/2016.

◼ For students in UEL and universities in HCMC where our booth is available: Buy a ticket (10.000VND) or group tickets of 3 people (25.000VND) directly at our booth. The code used for sitting the online test in Round 1 will be sent directly to your mail by 12/12/2016.
