Degree program: Doctoral Study (4 years program) 

Eligible:

• Be an international incoming students
• Hold a valid student visa and be registered full-time to the doctoral program
• Be starting a UBCO doctoral program in September 2018
• Have an admission GPA of first class standing
• Have excellent academic record
• Have remarkable research ability or potential
• Good at communication and leadership abilities
