Học bổng 100% khóa đào tạo “Kỹ năng lãnh đạo đổi mới toàn cầu” của Fujitsu-JAIMS Foundation dành cho các ứng viên tại Việt Nam đã chính thức nhận hồ sơ từ nay cho đến hết 15/03/2017 để chuẩn bị cho khóa học sẽ bắt đầu vào ngày 27/08/2017. “Kỹ năng lãnh đạo đổi mới toàn cầu” là chương trình đào tạo về quản lý kéo dài trong 3,5 tháng với cuộc hành trình qua bốn quốc gia: Nhật Bản, Hoa Kỳ (Hawaii), Thái Lan, Singapore. Đây chính là một cơ hội không thể bỏ qua cho các bạn trẻ muốn rèn luyện bản thân, tiếp cận những kiến thức tiên tiến trước hành trình khởi nghiệp hay quản trị các dự án mang tầm quốc tế.

Dựa trên “Lý thuyết Kiến tạo Kiến thức” của tiến sỹ Ikujiro Nonaka, học giả quản lý hàng đầu của Nhật, khóa học dẫn dắt các nhà lãnh đạo đổi mới với các triết lý thực tế thông qua việc tiếp thu các kiến thức trên quy mô rộng lớn bao gồm lý thuyết quản lý, nghệ thuật tự do, và phương pháp luận. Ngoài ra, các học viên sẽ được gặp gỡ và tiếp cận các mô hình thành công trong quản lý thông qua tham quan thực tế cũng như tham gia dự án. Trong dự án, các học viên sẽ phải hoạch định các kế hoạch đổi mới. Các nhà quản lý của Fujitsu sẽ đóng vai trò cố vấn giúp các học viên hoàn thành dự án của mình.

Fujitsu thiết lập chương trình học bổng này từ năm 1985 nhằm kỷ niệm 50 năm thành lập tập đoàn. Mục tiêu của học bổng là nhằm trao cơ hội cho những nhân tài đến từ khu vực Châu Á – Thái Bình Dương và Hawaii đóng góp cho chính đất nước mình thông qua những kiến thức và kỹ năng quản lý học được. Tính đến nay, Quỹ học bổng đã trao học bổng cho 509 học viên.

Để đăng ký học bổng, các ứng viên cần có:

• Bằng cử nhân hoặc cao hơn
• Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc
• TOEFL từ 577/233/90, TOEIC từ 750 điểm/ IELTS từ5

100% FULLY FUNDED TRANS-NATION SCHOLARSHIP FOR ASIA PROFESSIONALS LAUNCHED

Fujitsu Vietnam Limited today announced the availability of the management scholarship offered by Fujitsu Limited for qualified applicants in Vietnam with a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of full-time work experience, and over 750 points in TOEIC. The scholarship covers the tuition for the Global Leaders for Innovation and Knowledge offered by Fujitsu-JAIMS Foundation. The application deadline is noon of Japan time on March 15, 2017 for the program starting in August 27, 2017.

The Global Leaders for Innovation and Knowledge is a three-and- a-half- month certificate management program that provides continued education for experienced business professionals. Based on Japanese preeminent management scholar, Dr. Ikujiro Nonaka’s “Knowledge-Creation Theory,” the program cultivates innovative leaders with practical wisdom through the acquisition of a broad spectrum of knowledge, including management theory, liberal arts, and methodology. In addition to seeing successful cases of management in practice through site visits, the participants will also digest the learning through synthesizing and applying into capstone projects. Fujitsu assigns its senior management as advisors to help the participants complete their own projects.

Fujitsu established this scholarship program in 1985 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the company’s founding. The scholarship is aimed to provide the opportunity for people from the Asia-Pacific region and Hawaii, to contribute to their home countries by studying management. The scholarship has since been offered to 509 professionals.To apply for the Fujitsu Scholarship, you must meet the following qualifications.

• A bachelor's degree or a degree equivalent to a four-year standard baccalaureate degree in any discipline from a regionally or nationally accredited institution
• A minimum of three years of relevant full-time work experience (five years preferred) at the time of application
• A minimum TOEFL score of 577/233/90 (paper/computer/Internet), TOEIC score of 750, or IELTS (Academic) overall band test result of 6.5 or higher from a test taken within the last five years at the time of application
