Enzyme and Protein Engineering Lab., School of Energy and Chemical Engineering, whose principal investigator is Prof. Kim Yong Hwan ( [email protected] ), is currently looking for Vietnamese Ph.D. students.

Areas of relevant research include: Discovery of New Enzymes for Biocatalysis, Determination of 3D structure of enzymes, Elucidation of enzyme mechanism based on computational biology, Development of improved enzyme through protein engineering for the production of value-added chemical from biomass (such as lignin), Electro-enzymatic system for the utilization of renewable energy (CO2 reduction process).

1. Requirements:

• Applicants must satisfy one of the following English-related requirements

- IELTS: overall score of 5.5

- TOEFL iBT: overall score of 80

- TOEIC: overall score of 800
