Our vision is to create a powerful support network for young Vietnamese professionals who aspire to develop leadership capacity and make a difference in Vietnam.

Students admitted to our 2018 Spring Fellowship Program will engage in a 10-week program, from January to March 2018. Over the years, we have provided rigorous training sessions, insightful career talks, and dedicated mentorship to over 300 students alongside their internship placements. Our Fellows also actively engage in community services through various initiatives at local organizations and social enterprises.

To be eligible for SEO-Vietnam Fellowship Program, applicant must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program or graduating no sooner than August 2017.
