Dean’s Asian Scholarships at University of Auckland in New Zealand, 2017

The University of Auckland offers up to three Asian scholarships to undergraduate students. These scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic merit, financial need to pursue study of commerce and property degree.

The main purpose of the Scholarships is to support Asian international undergraduate students to complete a Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Property degree at the University of Auckland Business School.

The University of Auckland is the largest university in New Zealand. The University of Auckland in New Zealand for 37 of 40 subjects in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2017.

Course Level:  These scholarships are available to pursue an undergraduate degree.

Study Subject: These scholarships are awarded in Commerce and Property degree.

Scholarship Award: These scholarships will cover tuition fees assistance including compulsory health insurance

Numbers of Scholarships: Up to three scholarships are available.

Scholarship can be taken in New Zealand

Eligibility: Applicants must meet the following area for these scholarships:

• Up to three Scholarships will be awarded for a period of up to three years and will cover the full tuition fees for international students who enroll full-time in a Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Property at the University of Auckland Business School (see Note i)
• The Scholarships will be awarded to international undergraduate students from any country on the Asian continent. (See Note ii).
• The basis of selection will be academic merit in most recent year of secondary school education or in university level studies undertaken to date, demonstrated financial need and demonstrated potential to succeed in business studies at university.
• To continue to hold the Scholarship, recipients must maintain a GPA of 5.00 (equivalent to a B average) in each semester of study.
• The Scholarships will be awarded by the University of Auckland Council on the recommendation of a Selection.

Nationality: Asian applicants can apply for these scholarships.

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirement: Applicants must be undergraduate students.

English Language Requirement: The candidate should have a very good command over English language.
