CÁC VỊ TRÍ TUYỂN DỤNG:

Quản lý dự án:

 Tham gia vào việc lập kế hoạch và thực hiện các dự án để cải thiện chất lượng và mở rộng kinh doanh

 Nghiên cứu và thực hiện các chương trình mới để nâng cao kỹ năng mềm của học sinh, sinh viên (debate, public speaking, critical thinking…)

 Liên lạc với các cá nhân và tổ chức để mở rộng quan hệ đối tác và các nhà tài trợ để quảng bá hình ảnh và ảnh hưởng của GPA Trợ lý Manager:

 Lên kế hoạch tổ chức các công việc hàng ngày của Manager: lên lịch trình các cuộc họp, viết báo cáo, xử lý giấy tờ, quản lý dữ liệu …

 Đảm bảo tiến độ và hiệu quả công việc của từng cá nhân trong Bộ phận

 Giám sát việc tuân thủ các quy định của hệ thống

 Soạn thảo các văn bản, chứng từ

 Tham gia các hoạt động quản lý Nhân sự

Sale/ Marketing:

 Tiến hành tele-marketing, email marketing và tiếp thị trực tuyến

 Thiết kế và tiến hành các hoạt động cho các sự kiện của GPA

 Soạn và chỉnh sửa các tài liệu marketing

 Tham gia vào việc lập kế hoạch Sale và Marketing

Tư vấn viên:

 Hỗ trợ Tư vấn viên hoàn tất thủ tục nộp hồ sơ cho các trường Đại học Mỹ: chỉnh sửa sơ yếu lý lịch, hoàn tất hồ sơ tài chính và đơn nhập học của học sinh, gửi điểm thi và các tài liệu cứng cho các trường ĐH Mỹ ...

 Hỗ trợ sinh viên trong việc liên lạc với cán bộ tuyển sinh để tìm hiểu thông tin tuyển sinh liên quan

 Tư vấn về Hoạt động ngoại khóa và hướng nghiệp cho học sinh, sinh viên

Available Trainee Vacancies:

1. Sales/marketing:

 Conduct tele-marketing, email marketing and online marketing

 Design and conduct promotion activities for GPA’s events

 Compose content and design materials for marketing purpose

 Involve in marketing campaign planning

2. Student Counselling:

 Assist Academic Advisors with students’ application procedure for  American schools: editing students’ CVs, filling students’ finacial documents and applications

 Assist students in contacting with admission officers to inquire admission-related information

 Mentor students with career orientation and extra-curricular activities: conducting mock interviews, filling application forms, founding their own projects …

3. Manager Assistant:

 Plan and organize Manager’s daily work: scheduling meetings, writing reports, doing paperwork, managing database...

 Ensure other staffs’ work effieciency and progression

 Facilitate Team’s rules and regulations

 Involve in administrative tasks

 Participate in strategic Human Resource management

1. Business Development:

 Plan and execute projects to elavate service quality and expand business scale

 Research and implement new programs to enhance students’ soft skills (Debate, Public speaking, Critical thinking…)

 Outreach to individuals and organizations for  partnership and sponsorship establishment
