Sofitel Plaza Hanoi is searching for S&M Trainees to invest efforts in promoting internal growth as a transitional role for future opportunities within the organization. 

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Carry out administrative activities in S&M dept
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
• Ensure compliance of brand standards
• Strive to achieve departmental targets
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Requirements:

• Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
• Be fluent in speaking/writing English
• Critical thinking skills required
• Excellent communication skills
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills
