• Thời gian làm việc: 9 a.m – 5:30 p.m
• Nơi làm việc: Resco Tower, 94 – 96 Nguyen Du street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC 

Job Summary:

• Document scrutiny & collection for visa processing.
• Handling customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone.
• Ensuring all administration & logistics of passport delivery to consulate / applicant/ logistics company etc …
• Maintain & record all application data.
• Handling of cash & bank related transactions if assigned.

Requirements:

• Education: University/ College graduated or any related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in the Customer Services or logistic
• Have good Computer typing skills, English skills and Communication skills
• Ability in working in team and multi-task
• Problem Solving ability or Multi languages speaking would be an added advantage
