    *** WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING 02 ACCOUNTANTS TO COMPLETE OUR DYNAMIC TEAM AS FOLLOWS:  

1. Account Payable Accountant:

• Check and monitor a system of controls, procedures and forms for the recordation of tools, suppliers, services, etc. 
• Ensure all invoices with full supporting documents are recorded and follow with Viet Nam Accounting Standard, Tax regulation and Internal rules.
• Process payments with required evidences from bank for supplier timely and accurately.
• Input and control data on R3 SAP system.
• Prepare and oversee the forecast data as requirements with forecast team and related section.
• Other relevant tasks as assigned by Manager.

  2. SalesControlling Accountant:

• Monitor and check sale data from warehouse as well as data on SAP system.
• Monitor account receivable monthly.
• Contact to confirm sale account statement with Japan side end of each month to each division.
• Stock take action monthly and reconcile monthly between financial data and finished good warehouse.
• Analyze sale information and summarize status (business plan, forecast, actual…).
• Manage to prepare and generate the report on time (aging report, stock report…).
• Others relevant tasks as assigned by Manager.

General requirements:

• University graduate with major in Accounting, Finance, Economics.
• Having working experience as a Accounting Staff in manufacturing companies is an advantage.
• Fluent in English. (Japanese is advantage)
• Willing to learn and to be trained.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Officer ( word, excel and PowerPoint).
• Proactive, hardworking and high responsibility person.
• Able to work overtime as requested.
