WHAT YOU DO

• Involving in the drafting, review, interpretation and vetting of operational contractual documents
• Supporting legal department on compliance with country legal requirements
• Providing legal assistance and supports country operations, administration and matters related to commercial contracts, litigation, services agreements, regulatory and employment
• Managing external and internal legal resources where required

WHAT YOU NEED

• A recognized Degree in Law
• Experience in corporate commercial drafting and corporate restructuring
• Minimum of 01 year working experience
