BOSCH - ACCOUNTING INTERNSHIP

Location: E-town 2, 364 Cong Hoa, Tan Binh District, HCMC

RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.

RBVH has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town 2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

Job Description:

• Verify all requests for new vendors, customers
• Create new vendors, customers code in SAP system in Lookup tool
• Monitor new customer/vendor code in SAP
• Scan documents for Internal Control
• Provide assistance for AR, AP accountants
• Verify documents with system data
• Other support in case of urgency

Requirements:

• 3 or 4-year student major in Finance & Accounting
• Proficiency in English (Write, read, speak, listen); Japanese will be a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point…)
• Prefer candidates who must be able to work 6 month full-time.
