What You Will Do

  1. Film Marketing Planning and Execution
  • Takes part in the film screening, evaluate the films and conducts market/consumer analysis to support the planning process.
  • Actively joins the brainstorming sessions and contributes creative ideas to build the Marketing plan.
  • Reads and analyses detailed scripts of Local movies for distribution.
  • Supports to develop cross-channel Marketing plans, including OOH/FOH, print, TV Ad, Digital, event/activation, partnership/co-marketing, consumer promotion.
  • Executes the approved Marketing plan end to end in accordance with the agreed timeline, from design development, production, deployment, on-going monitoring and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Particularly for Local movies, develops film marketing materials (Poster package, trailers, POSM) by working with copyrighters and designers.
  1. Stakeholders Relationship Management:
  • Builds good relationship and takes care of Local producers in the North
  • Works closely and nurtures relationship with contact points of cinemas in the North to ensure proper and effective implementation.
  • Supervises, manages and evaluates vendors’ performance to achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborates and extends support for partners on demand, for example, field trips, feasibility check, hospitality assistance, etc.
  1. Other Tasks:
  • Manages the allocated Marketing budget and follow up the payments to vendors in a timely manner
  • Obtains Line Manager’s approvals of Marketing activities prior to execution, and makes Marketing reports at request.
  • Takes responsibility for the PO process and other administrative tasks related to the Marketing campaigns.
  • Assists Film Marketing Managers in other job assignments.

What You Are Good At

Qualifications and Skills

  • Marketing/Communications degree (preferred but not a Must) with a good understanding about the Marketing Communications (Media, PR, Consumer Promotion, Event/Activation)
  • 2-3 years work experience in the related fields of Marketing, account services, advertising, media and PR.
  • Demonstrates dynamism, good creativity and a strong passion for movies
  • Be resilient and have an ability to work under high pressure with tight deadlines
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Good negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, time management and organizational skills
  • A Can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
  • A strong sense of responsibility and attentions to details
  • High competency of working in a bi-lingual environment (Vietnamese and English)
  • Excellent administrative skills and good computer literacy with key office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
