PR Assistant

What to do?

1. Work closely with the whole team to contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions for movie launching campaigns and others
2. Follow up with media as well as celebrities and other influencers to make sure all PR plans to be implemented effectively.
3. Follow up media coverage for each movie or company’s activity and undertake media clippings/PR reports on a daily basis.
4. Writing press releases assigned by PR Analyst
5. Develop and implement media promotions to launch new movies
6. Handle some paper works in terms of PR activities such as: purchase order, payment, contract…
7. Support PR Analyst in organizing events such as: press screening, premiere, activation…
8. Execute other tasks assigned by Film Marketing Manager

Requirements

1. University degree or higher with major in PR /Marketing or related fields
2. At least 1-year work experience in publicity relations/communications
3. Interested in movie, entertainment and multi-media industries
4. Being creative, enthusiastic and having an appetite for learning
5. Good writing skills
6. Ability to communicate and work in both English and Vietnamese
7. Experience in working/liaison with local press and local celebrities is an advantage
8. Experiences in measurement, evaluation, reporting, paper works is an advantage

Full- time PR Freelancer

Job Description

• Assist in writing and releasing new press release, information for movie or any event that is held by CGV.
• Organize high profile and high quality press events, movie premiere to promote films.
• Update film stills, writing materials and create promotion program for exhibition media channels (Facebook, website).
• Follow up media coverage for each movie or company’s activity and do PR online report on a daily basis.
• Make payments for all PR campaigns, events, materials that run in Hanoi.

Full- time Marketing Freelancer

Job Description

To assist Film Marketing Analyst and team to plan and implement movie launching campaigns.

• Assist develop printing plan and manage POSM display at screening cinemas
• Assist produce special local production standee at selected cinemas
• Assist for outdoor activities
• Be responsible for ambient activities including:
• Outdoor: Planning and managing flyer delivery and other ad material delivery deem fit.
• Assist for promotion campaign
• Provide great support and assistance to press screening and other marketing/PR events.
• Execute other tasks being assigned by Film Marketing Analyst from time to time.

• Highly creative but detailed minded;
• Excellent communication and language skills (both English and Vietnamese)
