Job Description

1.Compensation and Benefit (70%) 

  • Distributing and preparing payments, accuracy of information provided and legal compliance including calculating overtime, shift payments, incentive schemes and bonuses, maintaining payroll records. 
  • Ensure that the payroll is processed timely & accurately. Implement other benefits and related payments (Social & Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and PIT).
  • Complete monthly/annually personal income tax declaration for employees, or expatriates and report to Tax Department.  
  • Contact Tax authorities on new issues of personal income tax and inform to employees promptly.
  • Execute remuneration and bonus policies to ensure it is correct vs company policies, transparent & focus on objective criteria.
  • Responsible for salary administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets. Collect data about company's
  • Compensation policies and analyze them to prepare reports. 
  • Follow up with employees, managers, or external agencies (e.g., government departments, insurance providers, outsourcing) to verify that the information provided is accurate and complete. Maintain employee records manually or in a human resources information system (HRIS) so that information is accurate and secure.
  • Responsible for administration of the Labor Law, the Collective Labor Agreement, the Internal
  • Regulations Agreement, all extra-contractual agreements and any other provision that may be applicable.
  • Solving employees’ complains or queries.

2. HR General (30%)

  • Recruitment: Screening and implementing staff recruits, including conducting personal interviews with prospective candidates, arranging interviews with relevant department heads, co-ordinating in selection process, offering the job to successful candidates, giving feedback to unsecessful applicants…
  • Events: Supporting HR internal events, staff activities as Year End Party, Woman Day, Company trip…
  • Admin: Supporting admin team or other tasks when assigned

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting/Finance, Human Resource.
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience in multi-national companies.
  • Strong and proven analytical skills.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Strong Time Management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines.
  • HR local Law knowledge.
  • Good writing and speaking in English.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated positive teamwork attitude and customer service mind-set.
