Circle K Vietnam is now looking for: Category Assistant (Nhân viên mua hàng)

Job description:

_ Work with current suppliers: Send, track, and solve issues related to purchase orders. Follow up with Suppliers for on time delivery and ensure stock availability for stores.

_ Support Line manager on dealing with new suppliers (contact, prepare documents, update info. to system,...)

_ Products problem solving relate to store issues;

_ Data maintaining on system (SAP).

 Requirements:

_ Male/Female, age over 21.

_ Fresh Graduate from University/College or 1 year experience in purchasing/merchandising/procurement.

_ Good communication skill. Fair English skills, but not obligated.

_ Proactive, creative, have passion in procurement, purchasing field.

_ Working location: Circle K VN Head Quarter

(Hong Linh Plaza - Trung Son Residential Area, Street 9A, Binh Hung Ward, Binh Chanh District, HCMC)
