Reports functionally to                          Senior Manager

JOB SCOPE – Full support to the Senior Manager to well maintain and enrich the existing commercial database. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

• Daily work on the commercial database, update and develop a qualified client database via email, telesales call, contact in person, net working etc.
• Sourcing tenant enquiries by telephone and email
• Developing and maintaining relationships with corporates
• Assist Senior Manager in making appointments with clients & landlords.
• Provide information and supporting documents to Senior Manager.
• Use LinkedIn to directly connect with clients and other partners. Ensure your profile is professional and relevant.
• Activity targets 100 calls per day

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree
• Experience on telesales or relevant work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically Word and Excel Required
• Proficient use of office software (word, excel, power point)
