JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide end users/customers with proper knowledge/training on the operation of Fuji Xerox products

To provide phone support to end users/customers on the operation of Fuji Xerox products

Continuously review feedback from customer opinion forms to formulate new method of training.

Improve skills/ knowledge in accordance to technology and product changes and/or as required by management.

Assist in preparing timely & accurate activity and analysis reports to superior/management

Conduct call avoidance to solve customer’s reported product problems in a timely manner.

Support service activities: driver install, cons. replacement... for customer

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in Economics

Interested in customer service, willing to travel

Proficiency in English both writing & speaking

Good communication and interpersonal skills, presentation ability

Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure

Good Microsoft Office

Logic Thinking, customer care, strong analytical and presentation skill,

Proactive and keen to learn

Details and result oriented
