I/ Communication Intern

Key responsibilities:

+ Provide logistical support for Communications activities

+ Manage cars for media tested and keep car usage calendar updated

+ Coordinate with agencies, dealers and relevant functions to handle media test drive requests

+ Car preparation & arrangement, handover documents & procedures

+ Other logistic supports following requirement of GM and Communications (ILM, Filing, Stationary, etc.)

Requirement:

+ Good spoken and written communication in Vietnamese

 + Fluent spoken and written in English

+ Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)

+ Creative thinking

+ Ability to work under pressure and toward deadlines

 + Good interpersonal skills

+ Dynamic personality- energetic and enthusiastic

II/ Maintenance Intern

Key responsibilities

+ Update the MTS/TIS (Maintenance Task Sheet/Task Instruction Sheet/Total Productive Maintenance) in Maintenance shop

+ Visualize MTS/TIS/TPM at working station

Requirement

+ Good command of English

+ Good computer skill (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Auto Cad, etc)

+ Ability to work under pressure

+ BA in Electrical Engineering/Student of Technical University
