Mô tả công việc 

• Specialize for making booth
• Manage & supervise suppliers/ vendor efficiently for high quality and reasionabale costs.
• Manage staff responsible for event coordination activities
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Lead promotional activities for the event
• Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Skill in project management
• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.
• Excellent organization skills
• Good skills in problem-solving
• At least 1 years experience in the similar position.

2. Tour Operator Manager.

Mô tả công việc:

• Manage and organize Operation team
• Make sure all travel arrangements run according to plan and that accommodation, meals and sevices are satisfactory.
• Cooperate with different department to design and create travel itineraries according to each client’s market.
• Selling travel on tour desk for foreign tourist and local people
• Selling package tours for corporate markets
• Dealing with trouble which may happen on tour implementing.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Professional in tourism and hospitality
• Good command of English is a must
• Good skills in a second language (Korean, Japanese) is an advantage
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Deep knowledge of places, itineraries in Vietnam, foreign markets.
• At least 2 years experience in the similar position.
• Ability to be calm and productive under extreme high pressures.

3. Operator Tour

Mô tả công việc:

• Make travel, accommodation and related bookings and confirming them
• Providing pricing information.
• Collecting, evaluating and responding to customer feedback.
• To ensure accurate reservation information is sent to suppliers, ticketing and other tour- related services to ensure that tours run smoothly.
• Maintain and develop a good relationship with existing customers/ suppliers

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Diploma/ Degree in  tourism, economics or equivalent
•  At least 1 years experience in the similar position
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Good command of English is a must

4. 2D Designer (Event)

Mô tả công việc: 

• Responsible for all the graphic visuals, designs and concepts.
• Follow through the projects from beginning to the end ensuring the highest quality standards
• Developing new concepts and ideas

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Diploma/ Degree in Design majors or equivalent
• At least 1-year experience in the same position
• Strong commitment and self-motivated.
• Creative individual with good design flair.
