Position Overview:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve significant increases in brand awareness of Savills Danang.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Be responsible for marketing materials including market presentations, brochures, booklets, edm designs, project marketing proposals, etc.
• Liaise with suppliers, internal Business Line Leaders and designers for smooth implementation of marketing projects
• Organize the implementation of corporate designs and collaterals into PR, media plans, branding activities, sales launches, project marketing campaigns, advertising and other promotional events.
• Ensure all marketing campaigns add value at each stage of the client journey and reinforce Savills’s brand, sector and service lines

Qualifications and backgrounds

• BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Proficient in English
• Good computer skills (base programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet)
• A minimum 2- 3 years of experience preferably in Real Estate, Hospitality industry.

• Excellent communication skills; written, listening and verbal.
• Be well presented and have a positive attitude.
• Determined, proactive and self-motivated.

• Be able to work well under pressure to complete projects on deadline.
