**WORKING INFORMATION:

- Duration: 3-6 months

- Working time: Mon to Fri (9:00am to 6:00 pm)

- Location: 10th Floor, Keang Nam Landmark 72, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi

**JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Administrative management of the company as stationery, printing, contact vendors,

- Filing documents, labor contract

- Summarizing the information from new staff to the database system

- Supporting to apply for Workpermit/working visa for foreingers

- Implementing the recruitment assignment to varied network

- Other tasks will be assigned by Direct Manager

**JOB REQUIREMENT

- Fresh Graduate/ 3-4th year student from University in Vietnam

- Passion for Human Resources and in Education Field

- Willing to work full time

- Willing to learn and can-do attitude, detail orientation

- Proficiency in Word, Power Point, Excel (Must)

- Can work effectively with others

- Communicate well in Vietnamese and English.
