We are looking for potential candidates for 01 position of Sales Admin in the South East Asia (SEA).

(*) DESCRIPTION JOB:

1. Contract Management:

• Contract follow up: notify related person in charge when contracts are about to expire or renew;
• Edit addendums, amendments, follow up sending to clients and return to ADEN Services, transfer to Finance Department;
• Be responsible for drafting, monitoring and filing all contracts with the SEA clients in CRM system.

2. Market Research and Marketing:

• Plan, coordinate and research market & competitors that supports the overall marketing & sales strategy in the SEA;
• Work with suppliers for designing and printing any marketing tools (panels, calendars, cards, brochures…);
• Design menus, flyers, presentations.

3. Supporting Business Development team:

• To be responsible for coordinating and supporting the Business Development team on all aspects of sales administration;
• Update list of clients and make the budget for sending cards, gifts on Public Holidays or special occasions.

(*) REQUIREMENT:

• At least 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably working for service industry;
• Fluent in written and spoken in English;
• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills;
• Good knowledge of sales & marketing;
• Able to work independently as well as work as part of a team;
• Willing to travel.
