For business growth and expansion in the near future, we are looking for 01 qualified candidate to join our office in Hanoi as an Administrative Officer.

1. Job description:

- Maintain and update Company databases;

- Organize a filling system for company documents;

- Co-ordinate with colleagues in head office to provide administrative services to clients;

- Liaise and clarify queries from clients;

- Schedule in-house and external events; - Other ad-hoc requested from managers;

2. Requirements:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position;

- Good English skills, both verbal and written;

- Computer literacy;

- Good interpersonal and communication skills; - Able to work independently and as part of a team;
