 Position: Marketing Intern (1 position)

 Duration: 3 months (April 2017 to the end of June 2017)

 Working hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm, Monday – Friday

 Division: Personal Safety

 Job description: 

Display program:

• Set up customer list to join in display program
• Customize display location in customer shops
• Summarize report and process payment by monthly  

Anti-couterfeit:

• Communicate the program by email marketing and PR
• Handle hotline to answer customers
• Manage Anti-couterfeit stamp and follow up

Seminar: Support to prepare gifts, hotel booking and display samples for seminars

Facebook management:

• Prepare topics and pictures
• Weekly posting and interacting with customers
• Work closly with distributors & marketers to get support for promoting 3M brand

POSMs:

• Translate brochures
• Work with designers about PSD POSM and work with suppliers about printing
• Manage POSM stock and delivery to sales team

Sample: Ordering and managing samples

Report:

• Checking inventory, shipment
• Support to summary data as marketer requests
