Currently, Abbott is looking for talents for Business Human Resources position, as following:

Job Description
1. Initial HR Contact Point:

  • Work closely with departments to assist line/business managers & employees to understand and implement policies and procedures;
  • Coordinate in new-employee orientation programs;
  • Administer and coordinate employment related activities/ documentations including but not limited to probation assessment, employment contract issuance & renewal, termination clearance, and exit interviewing…;
  • Provide administrative supports/ advices to Managers & employees throughout PEx (Performance Excellence) process;
  • Assist in preparing internal staff communications including Recognition & Rewards, Personal Update, Bereavement, etc…;

2. HR Data Management:

  • Maintain up-to-date HR Information System records, personnel files;
  • Prepare and compile HR related reports as and when required;
  • Play role of Workday data contact point for Vietnam;
  • Provide support to visualize Workday processes locally to support employees perform Workday transaction timely;
  • Maintain up-to-date company organization charts & Headcount plan.

3. Business Partnership:

  • Work closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line/business managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
  • Handle daily employee relations counseling.

4. Others:

  • Administer various HR plans and procedures for personnel of assigned business divisions;
  • Assist in implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with statutory and corporate compliance frameworks;
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirement

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Master' degree in Business Management;
  • Experienced in FMCG, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical
  • 1 - 2 years experience in Human Resources
  • Fluent command in English both oral & written
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to persuade & influence others
