1. JOB DESCRIPTION
Division / Department: Marketing Division
Location: 60 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, District 1, HCMC
Report Channel: Assistant Marketing Manager
Salary Range: Negotiable
Position Summary
Acer is looking for a Project Marketing Executive to plan, manage and implement Acer marketing activities which highly focused on student activities, campus events and activations.
As a Project Owner, you are responsible for turning the approved concepts to activities to achieve agreed KPI.
Detailed Job Description
CAMPUS NETWORK DEVELOPMENT (50%)
- Plan and execute to approach universities in the whole of Vietnam targeting to student segment.
- Develop relationship with university decision makers, student clubs.
- Deal with decision makers to organize activities in universities directly.
- Monitor working flow with others team to perform all activities of related projects.
- Handle other project and follow the assignment of line manager if any.
EVENT MANAGEMENT (40%)
- Event planning, such as university tour, workshop, seminar, activation, promotion, etc. and execution for all segment to ensure alignment with company’s strategy, brand guidelines, and budgets.
- Execute approved plans as a project owner from idea to production, handle all logistics and last-minute emergency.
- Monitor actual results against plan and budget, measure effectiveness and impact of each event campaign.
MARKETING ADMIN & PAPERWORK (10%)
- Complete paperwork and compile event reports immediately after each event with necessary actions for improvement.
- Follow Intel, Microsoft or any other partners’ system to complete all requirements in work flow of cooperation
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), providing monthly, weekly reports.
Other duties & responsibilities may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Having experience in working with school delegation
- At least 2 years experiences in marketing, especially in Event management
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication/ Public Relations / Marketing
- Strong communication skill, problem solving and data-driven thinking
- CAN DO attitude, concentrate on details and possibility work multi-tasking with high pressure.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English is a must. Solid writing & communication
- Computer literate (very good skill in Microsoft Office software, Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
- Working with high-pressure and commitment.
