Currently we’re looking for a Customs Clearance Officer (Outsourcing staff) with brief requirements are follows:

• Coordinate with 3PL/Supplier/ Broker to Ensure the on-time delivery schedule of shipment, on-time submission of customs clearance paper to authority.
• Follow the customs clearance process strictly & compliant with the VN regulation.
• Checking & Ensuring the accuracy of customs clearance documents.
• Coordinate with factory/ Supplier to Ensure the information on the CO form to saving the duty tax.
• Record & File the customs document properly.
