1. Legal Internship 

Job Description

1. Daily Legal Operation

– Conduct legal researches, update and keep alert of legal changes in relevant legislation

– Prepare, submit, and follow up contracts, legal documents and application dossiers to relevant Authorities for any required licenses

– Ensure efficient clerical procedures and recommend on improvements

2. Legal risk and Regulatory compliance

– Review the simple contracts, agreements, arrangements, legal documents arising from the Company’s operation

– Review, advise and suggest amendments to purchase contracts and related documents

3. Rules and Regulations

– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations

4. Other duties

– Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Legal Executive and Legal Manager

Working hour: 8:30- 17:30 from Mon – Fri

Location: Aeon Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Address: 30 Bờ Bao Tân Thắng Street, Sơn Kỳ Ward, Tân Phú District, HCMC.

Duration: 2 months

Requirements:

– University degree of Law

– Having legal experience (preferable)

– Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet

– Good command of written in English

– Strong communication skill (both verbal & written)

– Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks

– Good organizing and time-management skills

– Strong analytical, logical and problem solving skills

2. E-commerce Internship 

Job Purpose & Scope of the role:

A Recruitment Assistant of Executive Marketing is support to try in product how to use information & upload product’s photos into EC site

Key Responsibilies:

1. Detail scope of work

– To search and looking for shooting agency, getting quotations

– To crop product photos as right size to fix into web format

– To search more product how to use information and functions.

– To upload & update products information into EC site in term of selling price, quantity, color.

– To collect registration on E-commerce site and sending thanks you letter.

– To assist cameramen by renting products from store and returning them back to store after finish shooting daily.

– To search and update E-commerce news daily

– To arrange & set up meeting with agencies.

– To submit forms to departments.

2. Rules and Regulations

– Follow guidance and instruction from Executive E-commerce department & management.

– Follow company’s policies, rules and regulations.

– Contribute work follow deadline.

3. Other duties

Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by E-commerce Manager.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

– Student from College/University Knowledge, skills & Behaviors:

– Good at Computer typing skill (Fast speed of typing).

– Know how to use Photoshop is preferable.

3. Human Resources Internship 

Job Purpose:

Support in organizing training courses and development of logistics tools for training team.

Support in paper work and printing material, translating material from English to Vietnamese.

Key Responsibilities:

– Maintain all training records

– Assist in preparing and conducting departmental training and assess accordingly

– Ensure that attendance is checked and name list of participant is tracked

– Follow evaluation process for training outcomes and performance improvement, execute instructed assignments

– Coordinate with external as well as internal training agencies to arrange delivery of specific training to develop programs

– Book training logistics and room for pre-defined courses

– Translate material to serve AEON website Learning & Development section

– Support other activities of HR Department

– Hardworking & responsible

– Keen on detail, careful and willing to learn.

– Working hour: 8:30 – 17:30 from Mon – Fri (Full time) or at least 3 days per week.

– Duration: 3 months
