1.Tax and Treasury Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
- Conduct physical counts of assets/ Cash count
- Monitoring cash advance, deposit money to the bank, refund school fees
- Monitoring the payment process
- Reviewing the documents for CIT finalization report
PAYMENT [DISBURSEMENT]
Bank Transfer
- Settle purchase/expenses payment

- Deposit to the bank

- Refund centre deposit, CELTA, DELTA
- Refund school fee
- Settle advance for expenses/ perdiem
RECEIVING MONEY
Bank transfer (Supervise)
- Receive centre deposit

REPORTING
- Prepare daily cash report
- Prepare monthly cash report

QUALIFICATIONS
- BA degree of Finance & Accounting or Economic University major in Accounting/Financial field (University in Ho Chi Minh City is preferable)
- At least 01 year experience in accounting field
- Experience in Account Payable, Cashier, and Sales Accounting is preferable

RESPONSIBILITIES
Course Administration
- Prepare and maintain class folders
- Manage class information
- Update parents/ students with course progress
- Input results
- Prepare letters/certificates
Exam organisation
- Suggest students for Cambridge exam
- Organise revision
- Support students on the exam date at ILA or at the location arranged by Department of English Training (DoET)
- Inform students of results
Materials management
- Check and update teaching resources such as speaking cards, tests
- Prepare materials for students
- Prepare materials inventory
Classroom management
- Room arrangement
- Change or book room as requested
Customer Service
- Support with organising events/ activities for students
- Handle students’ requests/ complaints on a daily basis
Re-enrolment
- Visit class for reservation deadline
- Handle telesales for class re-enrolment
- Follow up with students’ re-enrolment
OTHER TASKS ARE INCLUDED FOR CCO WHO IS IN CHARGE OF INVENTORY:
Quarterly forecast:
- Prepare based on PR-Inventory Management and get verification from DM
- Input to inventory database and get approval from CM
Monthly order:
- Prepare and get approval from CM/DM
- Follow up with ADM/HO on receiving
Delivery to customers:
- Prepare based on no. of students and classes opening
- Deliver to FO and TSC upon request
- Deliver directly to customers when needed
Inventory management:
- Manage and make sure the stock in good condition and well-arranged
- Prepare monthly report and input in database
- Conduct inventory checking under supervision of DM/CCS
Other tasks assigned by DM
QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate, qualifications in English and education are preferred
- Experience working in customer service or administration in foreign invested companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Have excellent knowledge in terms of product and functional knowledge
- Give counselling to customers in person, on phone and by email
- Do telesales
- Complete school application and visa application
- Liaise with overseas schools on student application and issues
- Make sure the student folder filed with appropriate and enough documents
- Handle customer issues; get support from superiors if necessary
- Conduct visa training and program orientation
- Follow up student study pathway with schools
- Conduct customer service after sales: build up supporter network and strengthen relationship with students
- Be interpreter for department seminars & support school partners at fairs
- Get to know and update overseas study market, competitors and other related education organizations frequently
- Attend training workshops, exhibitions, fairs and relevant events
- Be leaders for summer course program
- Make sure the working area neat and tidy
- Support DM on assigned tasks
QUALIFICATIONS

Handle customer care activities
- Handle customer complaints, customer requests
- Update and follow up Customer Complaint Resolution Records
- Update waiting lists
- Follow up booking lists
- Do the telesales
- Email to customers as requested
Handle customer payment
- Receive customer payments
- Hand over cash balance to ACC/TTO
Administration tasks
- Manage students’ documents
- Makie reports: Visit, New Sales, Summer Courses…

QUALIFICATIONS
- Good product knowledge

- College/University graduated is an advantage
