Dept: Supply Chain

• External customers: Service providers (POSM Supplier, Packing Service Provider), Other under nomination of Demand Planning Manager
• Internal customers: Relating functions/departments – Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales

IMMEDIATE SUBORDINATE POSITIONS/ ORGANIZATION

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1 Direct Responsibilities

• Packing planning ownership to deliver weekly plan, monthly plan
• Capacity packing review and adjust thru the plan
• Packing cost control and report
• Coordinate with service party to fulfill the packing plan
• Follow up delivery of POSM from Suppliers
• Follow up clearance POSM with Internal contacts
• Coordinate with Procurement and packing requester for plan of POSM delivery
• Coordinate with Logistic, WH QC, co-packer to fulfill Pre-pack tasks
• POSM Inventory control
• Attend projects of Supply Chain, of requested
• Assist Supply Chain Manger in need

2 Indirect responsibilities

• Cooperate with other dept. for smooth operation
• Achieve the Supply Chain Dept’s KPIs
• Understanding about Strategy, Guideline of Supply Chain

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education

• Graduate in Business Administration/Economy/Foreign Trade

2. Experience

• Knowledge of Foreign Trade, Planning
• Project-control experience is more referable

3. Other Skills & Qualification

• Proficient in use of Microsoft office products – Excel, word etc
• System mindset
• Ability to speak fluent English
• Fast learner
• A good team-worker
• Good in mathematics
• Ready to work in highly competitive environment, tight schedules & deliver stiff targets
