  1. Admin Intern at CI Department (3 positions)

Working location: Ho Chi Minh (Dien Bien Phu office and Etown Office)

Main responsibilities

  • „Daily check and solve incidents and requests raised by the users
  • „Follow up with vendors for IT equipment delivery.
  • „Support PC installation
  • „Ensure information of IT assets & equipment is updated in centralized management database
  • „Create monthly reports and submit to the management
  • „Support on training activity

  • „Administrative support in HR department.

Provide support to managers and associates to develop the skills and capabilities

  • „Coordinate with all related counterparts for training & workshop content, organizing training sessions, workshops and other activities
  • „Update and follow up training measures to ensure theory to be transferred into the workplace
  • „Assist HR associate with specific projects
  • „Schedule meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements and processing expense reports
