1. Human Resources Intern (2 positions)
Main responsibilities
- Input and update employee data to HR systems
- Manage and filling employee personal files
- Assist in delivery and receiving insurances‘ documents (Marsh Insurance, Social/Health/Unemployment insurances
- Coordinate in join/exit process of new employees
- Control personal-files (non-salary) of employees and interns
- Control data of interns and official employees
- Administrative support in HR department
- Ad-hoc task required
Requirements
- Bachelor degree undergraduates; students under master programs are welcomed to apply
- No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities are preferred
- Good command in English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word and Excel)
- Eyes for details and good organization skills

2. Power Tools Sales Admin Intern
Main responsibilities
- Prepare sales orders (stock, promotion, dispatch, payment)
- Prepare adjusting price letter, debt comparison letter, etc.
- Prepare monthly offset announcement for Metro
- Update new price, promotion scheme for customers
- Monitor catalog promotions of each Key account, check stock status and allocate products
- Coordinate with Sales Customer Service for delivery and logistic issues
- Maximize brand image at outlet level (POSM, display stock, in store merchandising)
- Coordinate with marketing team in terms of products, collaterals and catalog promotion design
- Support in organizing sales events (road show, shop front promotion)
- Coach promoter team (daily works, turnover report, monthly salary and bonus)
- Assist in training sales team of Key account customers
- Conduct frequent market intelligent (price mirror, competitor’s listings, activities and promotions)
- Process procedure for opening new accounts (contract, credit)
Requirements
- 3rd or 4th- year student major in Marketing or Economy
- No working experiences required, although students with experience in school/social activities are preferred
- Good command in English and Vietnamese
- Eyes for details and good organization skills
- Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office

3. Automative Aftermarket Division - Sales Admin cum Logistic Planning Internship (2 positions)
Main responsibilities
- Assist and support in overall of demand planning activities, and coordinate with others department, CTG, Log, in term of paper work
- Manage the related material master logistical data in SAP PCD
- Liaise with oversea colleagues to collect documents for preparing shipping documentation
- Check the pricing in the system to match with invoice
- Prepare sales orders for customers- Issue invoices to customers, transfer the invoices to warehouse for shipping the goods
- Liaise with warehouse team and finance team regarding customer service
- Save invoice into the share disk of department and report invoice information each month
- Admin tasks: order stationery and assets for the whole department, follow up the status of assets and some other administrative task]
Requirements
- Bachelor - or Master undergraduate in Foreign Trade, Economics, Business, Finance, at least second-year student, final-year will be preferred
- Mandatory in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Basic knowledge about foreign trade would be an advantage
- High motivation in work, in particular willing to learn and pick up new things
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with working individually

4. CI Department - Admin Intern
Main responsiblities
- Daily check and solve incidents and requests raised by the users
- Follow up with vendors for IT equipment delivery.
- Support PC installation
- Ensure information of IT assets & equipment is updated in centralized management database
- Create monthly reports and submit to the management
- Support on training activity
Requirement
- At least third-year student, final-year will be preferred
- High sense of responsibility
- Time management skill
- Meticulous, disciplinary, active, able to work overtime (when required)
- Basic MS Office skill (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good in English (writing, reading)
- No working experiences required
- No IT background required

5. Internal Control Internship
Main responsibilities
- Run some Reports for Internal Control check.
- Support Internal Control work.
- Arrange documents for Internal Control check
- Filing documents & other admin tasks assigned by Internal Control team.
Requirements
- Major in Finance, Accounting, Auditing
- 3 or 4-year student
- Mandatory: English and Vietnamese
- Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage but not a must
- Hard working, careful, have responsibility, willing to learn, quick learner
- Working time: 3 or 4 days /week
