Your contribution to something big

Support on Import activity for Business Divisions under supervision

- Receive shipping docs: commercial invoice, Packing List, P/O, C/O, B/L & some related documents from Forwarder and Global Business (GBs)

- Check the accuracy, validity, and unification of documents

- Receive Arrival Notice and Freight Invoice from Forwarder, send to customs broker for E-customs declaration

- Prepare, submit to sign, stamp document and return to customs broker

- Receive Delivery Notice from customs broker, send documents to Warehouse for Goods Receipt processing

- Input data into Report

- Transfer documents to Accountant Dept (CTG) and file documents into Folder

- Make Payment Requisition for customs broker

Payment Duty

- Receive Bank Slip from the Bank once a week

- Submit bank slip for authority copy signature, deliver to customs broker

- Input data of payment record

What distinguishes you

- Last year student at Foreign Trade University, University of Economics HCMC, University of Economics and Law

- Have knowledge of import- export business

- No professional experience required but experienced trainee in logistics job is advantage

- Detail - oriented, familiar with paper work, adaptable, quick learner, cautious, willing to learn and involve the spirits, can work under pressure and willing to take challenge

- Good communication and organization skills

- Good in written and spoken English

- Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

- Fluency in HCMC road map and go to work by motorcycle

- Duration: 03 - 06 months.

Internal Sales Support

Your contribution to something big

Assistance in weekly and monthly sales report, keep updated report

• Do weekly report and monthly report with Bosch Rexroth format
• Assist to prepare a contract with Bosch Rexroth format
• Update daily sales report and its status on excel files
• Update installed base for FA product group on excel files
• Assist to prepare an external letter for customer regarding sales issue

Assistance at FA sales cycle: keep track inquiries and order status

• Assist to enter purchase order (PO) to excel file and Rexroth system
• Follow up delivery time with log team and notice to salesman for any late lead time
• Work with a warehouse man to ensure the goods will be delivered to right place as advised
• Assist at marketing activities (e.g. trade fairs, news highlights)

What distinguishes you

• Third-year and last-year student in Engineer, Marketing or Business Administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good command in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication (Written and verbal)
• Self-motivated, proactive, detailed-oriented personality with a “can do” attitude
• No work experience required
