• Coordinate in job fairs, university activities.

• Update and follow up training measures to ensure theory to be transferred into the workplace

• Support successful new product launches with proper production translation and description set up in the system
• Run monthly report to track & evaluate promotion efficiency & new product T/O contribution on monthly basis
• Help to cross check budget planning and execution
• Communicate with sales team regarding promotional scheme, stock status & price strategy implementation aligned with rBM
• Price mirror, quality and specification comparisons with competitors
• Follow up with display scheme & merchandising activities support sales team

Sia: Industrial channel

• Support rBM with defined product ranges, pricing strategies and marketing management
• Work closely with dealers to provide product knowledge, arrange samples, and collect end users feedback
• Support rBM with MAPL planning, report matrix & market study analysis
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by rBM
