CORPORATE COMMUNICATION INTERNSHIP

Your contribution to something big

Corporate communications:

  • Content writing & translating for all internal and external communications
  • Support to keep information on Bosch website and intranet up-to-date
  • Coordinate in the operation and monitoring of Bosch social media channels

Events:

  • Coordinate in internal and external events

Admin tasks:

  • Ensure proper filing process in accordance to internal regulations 
  • Coordinate to produce gimmicks
  • Other admin tasks as assigned by the supervisor

What distinguishes you

  • Entitled as full-time students during internship period
  • Major in Journalism, PR, Communications or Humanities - related courses
  • Knowledge of design software (e.g. Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), web content management (WCMS), and photography is an advantage
  • No working experiences required, although Event coordinator experience is an advantage
  • Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, attentive to details, critical and strategic thinking
  • Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
  • Eyes for details and good organization skills

ADMIN AND ASSISTANT (9 months)

Your contribution to something big

  1. Office Management:

Purchase and support:

  • Purchase equipment for laboratory (mechanical components), stationeries, IT equipment
  • Do office payment (request, follow-up, payment transfer check)
  • Confirm the good received (MIGO in P81)
  • Issue invoices (in POE)
  • Provide and manage Mobile and 3G number for location
  • Manage taxi cards, phone allowance, IT devices, Master key
  • Support E-ticket and travel insurance when Coordinator takes Annual Leave

Event:

  • Compose and manage Internal media channel (Bosch Global Network page, Manage Bosch communities)
  • Mail services (Internal & external)
  • Organisation of Birthday celebration (monthly)
  • Organize of visit (Invitation letters, Meeting room booking, arrangements, Authorization letter, etc.)
  • Annual Health check-up for R&D associates (local staff)

Facility management:

  • Support facility tasks (pest controlled, lights, air-conditioning)
  • Update Organization chart (monthly basic)
  1. Personal Assistant:
  • Expense claim for business trips, home trip, etc.
  • Book hotel for business trips
  • Arrange meetings at the location
  • Compose minutes of meetings

What distinguishes you

  • University or college in Business Administration or related majors
  • 2 years
  • „Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
  • „Proficient in MS Office
  • Oriented result, detailed result
  • Task management, time management
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Good and strong communication
