IT ADMIN INTERNSHIP

Your contribution to something big

- Daily check and solve basic incidents and requests raised by the customers

• Log in to ticket system, route the ticket to appropriate solution group
• Change equipment ownership

- Ensure information of IT assets and equipment is updated in system

- Provide information to customer’s concerns

- Support installing Windows 7 or Windows 10 on PCs

- Support on training activity for new customers

- Help keeping IT storage rooms organized

- Follow up with vendors for IT equipment delivery

• Support receiving equipment order
• Create and update system records

- Support creating monthly reports and submit to the management
