Working location: Dong Nai province (company bus available)

„Daily check and solve basic incidents and requests raised by the customers

Log in to ticket system, route the ticket to appropriate solution group

Change equipment ownership

„Ensure information of IT assets and equipment is updated in system

„Provide information to customer’s concerns

„Support installing Windows 7 or Windows 10 on PCs

„Support on training activity for new customers

„Help keeping IT storage rooms organized

„Follow up with vendors for IT equipment delivery

Support receiving equipment order

Create and update system records

„Support creating monthly reports and submit to the management

What distinguishes you

„At least third-year student, final-year will be preferred, No IT background or working experiences required
