Working location: M plaza, 39 Le Duan, District 1, HCMC

Working time: 8:30AM - 5:30PM, from Monday to Friday

Allowance: 200, 000VND per working day. About 4,200,000 VND per month

Job Description

• Brand Spend Tracking
  Daily review PO for marketing spend
  Daily tracking and checking PO spend vs. committed date
  Promptly update PO status vs. committed spend
  Review and update research and Agency spend
• Monthly report
  Prepare monthly actual brand marketing spend
  Prepare the commentary for actual spend and highlight action required
• Team Admin
  System maintenance and provide necessary support to Brand Marketing Finance team
  Ensure internal BAT compliance
  Other Ad-hoc tasks
