    1. PR Executive

    Job Description

    PR is at the heart of establishing our Brand's reputation in the entered market. They are the voice of Traveloka and shape the customer's opinion about our product offerings. - Monitor articles from top Vietnam media. Both Vietnamese and English language

    - Read articles from Vietnamese and summarize into English
    - Analyze data and prepare report

    - Write PR contents that has high PR values and aligned with our overall business objectives 

    - Monitor competitor's mentions and PR value 

    Qualifications

    - Bachelor degree from Top Universities in any field
    - Fluency in written Vietnamese and English is a must
    - Punctual, speed, accuracy, and attention to detail are important factors
    - Positive attitude and good communication skills
    - Computer literate is a must

    2. Hotel Support Staff

    Job Description

    • Verify payment with customers and issue vouchers.
    • Accept special requests and process from customers as per SOPs.
    • Interface with customers on refunds, providing explanations and processing.
    • Submit refund requests with airlines and follow up periodically.
    • Report fraud to company’s risk team.
    • Handle customer cases related to payment, refunds, and hotels.
    • Report any product error findings to related product / engineering teams.
    • Interface between customers and hotels to resolve any cases arising upon/after check-in.

    Qualifications 

    • Minimum 1-year experience with payment / refund processing or customer service.
    • Experience with hotel/airline booking-related business a plus.
    • A strong understanding of customer service principles.

    3. Ticketing Agent

    Job Description

    • Resolve customer cases related to flight ticketing, including but not limited to rescheduling, corrections, changes, check-in problem.
    • Issue tickets to customers via booking system.
    • Escalate support cases as per company’s criteria.
    • Manage airline health and CAPTCHA viewer.
    • Continuously monitor the booking system.
    • Manage recurring meetings with team(s) to review performance.
    • Ensure all cases are solved within required timeframe following company’s SOPs.
    • Resolve escalated cases from agents and team leaders
    • Define compensation for customers inconvenienced by airline issues
    • Manage working relationship with airlines and escalate any issues as per SOPs.
    • Manage routing and payment method enablement as per available inventory defined by SOPs.
    • Ensure that all airline providers are running well and escalate any issues to the related parties.
    • Work with operation analyst to reduce technical problems & end to end booking process initiatives
    • Escalate problems to provider, engineering, finance and other related partners 

    Qualifications

    ● Minimum 1 year experience in travel industry and customer support

    ● Experience with GDS ticketing systems

    ● Certified for Abacus, Galileo, and/or Amadeus systems.

    ● Experience as team lead, supervisor, or manager desired.

    ● Experience managing to performance targets desired.

    ● A strong understanding of customer service principles.

    ● Demonstrated problem-solving skills, strategic and analytical capabilities.

    Overview

    As a SEO Executive, you will be responsible to:

    • Developing Search Engine marketing strategy
    • Execute On-Page and Off-Page Search Engine optimization and content marketing
    • Analyze organic search performance and identify improvement opportunities
    • Conduct competitive analysis of organic traffic building activities from competitors
    • Conduct keywords research and ability to manage freelancers / multiple content writers

    Qualifications

    • At least 2+ years of relevant work experience
