AAEE (Asia Association of Education and Exchange) was founded in 2008 with three main goals: 

★To promote mutual understanding among students and educators in the Asian region through a variety of activities.

★To resolve current educational problems in Asia in cooperation with teachers and researchers.

★To actively support individuals or groups who are devoting themselves to the development of educational activities or students' exchange in Asia.

VJEP (Vietnam Japan Exchange Program), a program in a chain of AAEE for over 10 countries in Asia including Vietnam and Japan, offers a combination of academic, social, cultural and tourism activities. In many ways, VJEP promises to enhance your knowledge in many fields, especially about Japanese culture.

REQUIREMENT:

★ First, second and third year university students in HCMC are eligible for the program.

★ Participants are expected to have good communication skills (writing, reading, listening and speaking) in English.

★ Have a passion for discovering and learning new things about Japan’s culture, history and its people.

★ Possess great discipline and willing-to-learn attitude.

JOB DESCRIPTION:  

• Support to build up the content. 
• Support to recruite Vietnamese participants.
• Support to develop promotion campaigns related to events, recruitments, projects and conferences.
• Support the planning, budgeting, allocating, controlling and reviewing financial activities to maintain a healthy financial situation.
• Support to analyze and report on internal and external to identify the opportunities and threats for development of project.
• Coordinate all activities’ resources to ensure a sustainable development for project in long-term.
• Have chances to communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers to prepare accommodation, food and drinking spot with profitable deals and mutual satisfaction. 
• Keep logs and records of executed orders, occuring purchases etc.
