Mô tả Công việc

• Input all the payment request of Efficiency team on System (All payments to suppliers)
• Support for Admin tasks relating to quotation reuqest to supplier, contract signature request
• Support team members to complete their tasks
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University/College graduate with major in Ex-Import, B.A, Economic, Finance....
• Detail oriented, high attention to deadline, excellence communication skill 
• English speaking is a must and French is a big plus (high advancetage)
• At least 1 year working experience. High priority for candidates who used to work as Sale Admin or Data Input/ Assistant in logistic, import-export field (Supply Chain)
• Good at MS Office ( Excel, Word, Power Point) 
• Motivated, willing to learn, responsible.
