Job Description:

• Maintain the operations of network system: monitoring, troubleshooting, technical supporting:

  • Maintain & troubleshoot networks (LAN/ WAN/ Wireless) for voice and data communications;

  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco router and switch, CME, CUCM;

  • Manage wireless system: Cisco, Meraki, OpenMesh, UniFi;

  • Administer Cisco ASA, pfSense, Fortigate, Palo Alto Firewall;

  • Monitors data traffic and controls network resource performance to optimize transmission quality;

  • Supports network-based applications including telephony, voicemail, ACD, IVR, and others;

  • Manage telecom providers; contracts, pricing control, technology application and Corporate standards compliance;

  • Support end users on networking issue, telephone, messaging, video conferencing, etc.;

• Plan and execute local & global network projects:

  • Participate in engineering phase of projects, includes researching, proposing, designing and technical consulting;

  • Plan, execute IT projects which ensure the alignment with business objectives and priorities;

  • Participate to manage projects to assure projects done on time, on budget, quality assured.
