1. Operations Executive

• Facilitate international GIC shipments by liaising with freight forwarders, airlines/ airlines’ general sales agents, and group’s domestic logistics companies;
• Communicate with customers on shipping schedule, cost, shipping documentation, packaging/ labelling requirements, and order confirmation;
• Coordinate international shipment activities, including quotation, booking, documentation, data entry, shipment tracking and tracing billing, arranging deliveries, among others responsibilities;
• Prepare, evaluate, and distribute required forms and documentation pertaining to international shipments. Work with internal and external customers to comply with customs regulations and country of import requirements;
• Make judgment and provide instructions, by consulting with customers/ partners/ vendors, to deal with situation arisen during the shipping process such as re-packing, re-labelling, shipment re-scheduling, etc. and situation arisen during the clearance process;
• Communicate and establish relationships with air carriers, overseas agents, custom brokers and team members to ensure the best possible and most competitive rates while ensuring operational excellence, high productivity and customer satisfaction;
• Enter data that documents shipment history, event activity, and missing documentation;
• Set up and monitor the operational and financial metrics; translate such metrics into concrete actions;
• Perform other duties as required;

• Experience: 1 years of working experience in Logistics/Customs clearance field or similar roles;
• Experience of selling online (on Facebook/ Instagram) and buying products from overseas website;
• Fluent in English;
• Must be familiar with the corresponding fees like international tariffs, warehouse storage charges and weight costs, clearance fee;
• Have basic knowledge on customs clearance process;
• Have knowledge on all modes of delivery such as trucking, airline, shipping or train;  
• Specific knowledge: Good knowledge of cross-border express delivery and international e-commerce; Good knowledge and experience of selling products online and on social channels such as Facebook/ Instagram;
• Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures;
• Detail Oriented & Able to Multi-task;
• Ability to make good judgment in ambiguous situation; 
• Strong numerical and analytical background, with full proficiency in Excel; SQL experience preferred;
• Conflict Resolution - Ability to deal with others in an antagonistic situation;
• Honesty - Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace;
• Interpersonal - Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals;

• Facilitate international GIC shipments by liaising with freight forwarders, airlines/ airlines’ general sales agents;
• Facilitate customs clearance of international GIC shipments by liaising with custom brokers, customs, government authorities, and by providing technical advice on clearance requirements to customers, with the focus on inbound B2C and B2B clearance into Vietnam;
• Communicate with customers on shipping schedule, cost, shipping documentation, packaging/ labelling requirements, and order confirmation;
• Communicate with customs brokers regarding questions on paperwork or following up on clearance delays, which will include distribution of documents electronically to appropriate customs broker;
• Coordinate international shipment activities, including quotation, booking, documentation, data entry, shipment tracking and tracing billing, arranging deliveries, among others responsibilities;
• Prepare, evaluate, and distribute required forms and documentation pertaining to international shipments. Work with internal and external customers to comply with customs regulations and country of import requirements;
• Make judgment and provide instructions, by consulting with customers/ partners/ vendors, to deal with situation arisen during the shipping process such as re-packing, re-labelling, shipment re-scheduling, etc. and situation arisen during the clearance process;
• Provide necessary support to customers / other team members to clear shipments including functions such as guidance on documentation and answering basic questions from external/internal customers and employees;
• Communicate and establish relationships with air carriers, overseas agents, custom brokers and team members to ensure the best possible and most competitive rates while ensuring operational excellence, high productivity and customer satisfaction;
• Enter data that documents shipment history, event activity, and missing documentation;
• Set up and monitor the operational and financial metrics; translate such metrics into concrete individual and team’s actions;
• Perform other duties as required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Experience: 02 years of working experience in Logistics/Customs clearance field or similar roles;
• Experience of selling online (on Facebook/ Instagram) and buying products from overseas website;
• Fluent in English (must) and Chinese (plus);
• Must be familiar with the corresponding processes and cost structures such as freight rates, international tariffs, warehouse storage charges and weight costs, clearance fees in Vietnam and the United States;
• Extensive knowledge and experience of customs clearance, especially inbound B2C/ manifest clearance in Vietnam; different clearance facilities, channels and regulations, both in theory and practice;
• Extensive knowledge and experience of booking flights, working with GSAs and airlines;
• Knowledge of e-commerce parcels delivery process;
• Extensive knowledge of all modes of delivery such as truck, ocean, air, train, and multi-modal; 
• Specific knowledge: Good knowledge of the contractual, legal, and commercial aspects in the Logistics/ Customs field; Good knowledge of cross-border express delivery and international e-commerce;
• Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures;
• Detail Oriented & Able to Multi-task;
• Strong numerical and analytical background, with full proficiency in Excel; SQL experience preferred;
• Proficiency in work process flow chart designing;
• Ability to make good judgment in ambiguous situation ;
• Conflict Resolution - Ability to deal with others in an antagonistic situation;
