 Thực Tập Sinh L&D (Learning & Development)

The KMS L&D team is looking for someone who is passionate about helping others learn and realize their potential, while developing his or her own career in HR/training. 

Key responsibilities:

• Support team in all training activities, such as logistics preparation, trainee/trainer support, training registration and feedback.
• Support team to maintain trainees' learning progress and history.
• Participate in L&D department events & activities.
• Participate in other events/programs assigned by supervisor.

HR Intern

Responsibilities:

• Support team in all activities of recruitment process such as: post job on recruitment websites, contact candidates, welcome candidates, arrange Test & Interview, input candidate database, deliver Test/Interview result to candidates…
• Support for recruitment events and company’s activities such as: Career day/Job fair at University, KMS Recruitment day, and other events related to recruitment and employer branding
• Other administrative required by supervisor

Qualifications:

• For fresh graduated or 3rd/4th year students in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
• Interest in HR, especially Recruitment
• At least 6-month Full-time/Part-time Internship
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email
