1. Product Marketing Intern
Responsibilities:
- Research:
- Be the expert on our audience: know how they buy and their buying criteria;
- Conduct periodic market analysis to identify market trends;
- Turn research and knowledge into actionable intelligence to support marketing initiatives/identify opportunities for change;
- Maintain social media activities on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc.;
- Sales Enablement:
- Learn to develop the sales tools that support the sales process;
- Translate the functional capabilities and benefits of our solutions into meaningful key messaging, value propositions and differentiated market positioning;
- Drive, create and deliver compelling content, including website content, presentations, product videos, customer success stories, blog posts, ebooks, infographics, webinars, slideshows, white papers, FAQs and more -Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team;
- Act as liaison between product management/sales.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-month internship commitment;
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in business or marketing or equivalent major;
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Desire to create messaging and positioning for software/AI products;
- Ensure that all materials are created in compliance with company policies and branding guidelines;
- Ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits;
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to listen and translate details attentively.
2. Business Analyst Intern
Responsibilities:
- Support gather, analyze and create high-level requirements;
- Participate in product prototyping process, interface mock-up and GUI creation in agile environment;
- Help prepare and maintain product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short - and long-term releases;
- Support market research to analyze market trends and perform competitor's analysis;
- Turn research and knowledge into actionable plan to drive product development;
- Collaborate to develop and deploy key market messages and communication strategies with Marketing team;
- Help create and maintain product documentation.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduated or 3rd/4th-year students, minimum 3-month internship commitment;
- Possess basic knowledge about requirement gathering/management;
- Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis;
- Good English and aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies.
3. Web/ UI Design Intern
As a Web/UI Design Intern, you have a chance to learn & design including but not limited to:
- Support Marketing materials for Global market;
- Support UI for Web & Application.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduated or 3rd/4th-year graphic design student;
- Have passion for Web/UI/UX Design;
- Minimum 3-months internship commitment;
- Have Aesthetic sense, design and software skills;
- Must have ‘can do’ attitude and cooperate cleverly and nicely with others;
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese is a plus;
- As an intern, we don’t expect you to be very skilful, just show your spirit in the portfolio.
