Job Description

• Propose suitable KOLs / celebrities / communities for marketing campaigns (based on price range, reach, relevance, …)
• Books and coordinates: Working closely with the talent's agent or KOLs / celebrities / community fanpages… to negotiate price, finalize details, gets approvals and signatures on contracts.
• Communicates with internal teams: Liaise with internal teams to work out all details necessary for a successful project.
• Manages Data and Calendars: Keeps the calendar of all KOLs activities and all scheduled events and updates it continuously.
• Maintaining databases and organizing documents, tracking KOLs agreements, execution….

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, Entertainment or related field
• At least 1-2 years of direct experience in similar position or similar experience.
• Must be highly detail-oriented and experienced in running to a project schedule.
• Understanding of deadlines, budget management and deliverables.
• Must demonstrate excellent professional verbal and written communications skills in both English & Vietnamese
• Strong computer skills with proficiencies in Excel & PowerPoint and other related programs
• Digital knowledge is a big plus to the position.
