Main Duty

• Daisy contact with forwarders for checking rate, booking status etc.
• Arrange and help booking between the suppliers and forwarders and make sure the containers are shipped on time.
• Check invoice, packing list, bill of lading as well as other shipping documents, for the use of payment, customs and destination port.
• Contact internally with order following colleagues and warehouse colleagues at destination port.
• Make monthly overview of booking, shipping forecast.

Requirements

• Local person in Vietnam.
• Able to understand English at reading , writing, listening and speaking.
• Able to think and work independently.
• Good at communication and teamwork.
