MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Handle docs for air/sea export shipment (Booking Note, MB/L& HBL, MAWB & HAWB, Debit Note, Job Costing)until close a file.
• Handle docs for import shipment ( Check MB/L & HBL, to submit manifest , make arrival notice and DO , follow to release goods).
• Back up docs jobs for import docs staff/OP manager when necessary
• Input shipments data into tracking list 
• Report especial cases/ troubles and work result to OP manager.
• Following stuffing plan ( sheet via SIN & Co load ) due to update real measurement , cont/seal number to customer.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• At least 2 years experiences in freight forwarders.
• Have good experience in handling air/sea export docs, have experience in handling air/sea import docs is a priority
• Have good skill in English to work with agent and customer to handle shpt smoothly
• Have a high responsibility, careful, have ability to work under high pressure and work over time when necessary
• Have good skill in working individual and in group
• Have a good skill in communicating with customers and partners and have amiable attitude with colleagues.
