Job Description:

Lead the design, planning, development and deployment of the Digital Trade Engagement activation (“DTE”) platform for Vietnam in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders in order to implement efficiently and effectively the DTE initiatives.Key tasks the incumbent will cover:

Contents creation and submission towards and with wards the Agency according to quarterly, monthly or weekly phasing, publishing of tasks and monitoring overall usage/ performance progress as to ensure that the DTE platform operates rigidly, smoothly and in compliance with all PMI policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements to achieve pre-agreed KPI’s.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • DTE Platform build & Efficient Content creation:

    • Lead the development of the activation plan for strategic channels (Key Accounts in Phase 1, General Trade and Wholesale in later phases) in collaboration with KA Supervisor, KA BBE with the main objectives to engage, activate, educate and reward store managers/ Store clerks in relation with our Company & Brand objectives. This will require continuous communication across functions, in-time media planning and optimization or adaptation over content through measurement what works/ doesn't work;

    • Manage daily operational activation requirements to assure content gets cascaded to Target groups. Lead the operational deployment of specific and ad hoc activations.

  • Management of the appointed Digital Marketing Agency (Locally and if needed remotely):

    • Closely follow up and coordinate the briefings, design and development of inputs & outputs from the Digital Marketing agency in regards to mechanics for the DTE activations and the respective materials;

    • Lead cycle plan process through Digital Marketing Agency, ensuring campaign objectives are met on time, in full and within the assigned budget;

  • Customer/ Consumer-centric approach fulfilment:

    • Understanding the needs of the designated Channel, its Persona's as well the add-value DTE can bring to the account to achieve the highest participation rate per store/ staff/ banner;

    • Co-create/ support towards the KA banner in terms of shared content development (e.g. Training/ quiz/ educational tasks for KA staff, initiated by KA Banner);

  • Internal & External Reporting:

    • Create and deliver reporting needs towards key audience in terms of Stores/ Users in & out, platform usage, task completions, Drop-outs, Survey content, Scoreboard, Reward usage, Budgeting Planned vs. Actual and all other relevant Data to put into context of measurement;

  • Oversee overall KPI settings, performance and Budget Management:

    • Achieve KPI’s in terms of Usage, platform stability, oversees Budget amortization and spending to be aligned with Commercial Development Manager and other key stakeholders on monthly base.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing, by preference in FMCG;

  • Field experience is beneficial;

  • Agency experience (with Digital exposure) - is beneficial;

  • Knowledgeable on aspects of SCRUM, Sprints, Persona Profiling, KANBAN Modelling, AB Testing, MVP and iterations, IOT and all Digital jargons used in Digital Marketing development and testing.
